Hey, cool millennial adult here with a culinary SOS! Every attempt at crepes ends up more pancake than paper-thin delicacy. How do I thin these bad boys out? Recipe tweaks, technique tips, or any magic tricks welcomed. Striving for that perfect, delicate wrap but somehow, my skillet and I aren't syncing up. Help!

Hellooo!! When my crepes turn out too thick, it's usually because the pan is too hot. I've learned that crepes cook best over medium-low heat. If the pan is too hot, the batter sets too quickly before it has a chance to spread thinly across the surface. Lowering the heat allows the batter to spread more evenly and results in thinner crepes. 🥰
