Hello foodies, ever wonder why milk is a must-have in lasagna? Some say it's about creating creaminess, while others swear by its ability to soften the pasta. Personally, I think it adds a subtle richness that ties all the flavors together. But hey, to each their own pasta perfection secret, right?

It does add creaminess and helps soften the noodles .. but for me, it's the way it brings everything together .. like a flavor glue 🤭 Lasagna without it just seems a bit...off, you know? 😜
