Heyy! I tried making risotto the other day. I ran into a snag. Despite my best efforts, the darn thing just wouldn't soften up like it should. 🤔 Any clues as to why my risotto ended up with an unexpected firmness? I followed the recipe, but still the grains are hard. Any wisdom to share on this culinary conundrum?
 
Your risotto might still be hard because you didn't add enough liquid gradually 🍚🥄 or didn't stir it frequently enough during cooking 🔄.
