Hey everyone! I've been having a bit of a dilemma with my royal icing lately. It keeps cracking, and I'm frustrated cause I can't figure out why. I followed the recipe, but still, it cracks!! Are there any experienced bakers out there who have any insights on what might be causing this royal icing mayhem? I'd be super grateful for any tips or tricks you could throw my way!
