Hey y'all! 🌞 I've been munching on fried green tomatoes and got to wondering – do these beauties still pack a good dose of lycopene, or does frying them change that? 🍅 I'm all about those health benefits. Did anyone get the scoop on this? Would love to hear your insights! Thanks a bunch!

While I'm not entirely sure, I believe fried green tomatoes might still contain lycopene, though frying might affect its concentration ;)
