  • 2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness preference)

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Popsicle molds and sticks

    Instructions
  1. Prepare the Yogurt Base:
    • In a bowl, mix the yogurt with honey or maple syrup (if using) and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Layer the Popsicles:
    • Spoon a little yogurt into the bottom of each popsicle mold.
    • Add a few berries on top of the yogurt.
    • Continue layering yogurt and berries until the molds are filled, leaving a little space at the top for expansion as they freeze.
  3. Insert Sticks:
    • Tap the molds gently on the counter to remove any air bubbles.
    • Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.
  4. Freeze:
    • Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until completely frozen.
  5. Unmold and Enjoy:
    • To remove the popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen them.
