Hey everyone! 🍝 I made this beefaroni last night, and it’s the perfect quick and comforting meal. It’s cheesy, beefy, and always a crowd-pleaser! Here’s the recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni (cooked)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

  1. Cook the Beef: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the diced onion. Add garlic and cook for another minute. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add Sauce: Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Mix in Pasta: Add the cooked macaroni to the skillet and stir until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add Cheese: Stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese, then sprinkle the rest on top. Cover and cook on low until the cheese melts.
  5. Serve: Dish up and enjoy the cheesy, comforting goodness!
