Ingredients:
- Β½ cup mayonnaise
- ΒΌ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha
- 1 Β½ pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast, cubed
- 1 Β½ teaspoons olive oil
- Β½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Β½ teaspoon paprika
- Β½ teaspoon salt
- ΒΌ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
- Make the Bang Bang Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha until smooth. Set aside.
- Prepare the Chicken: In a separate bowl, toss the cubed chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat the Grill: Heat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Skewer the Chicken: Thread the seasoned chicken onto skewers. Brush all sides with the bang bang sauce.
- Grill the Skewers: Place the skewers directly on the grill. Cook for 4 minutes, then flip, baste with more sauce, and grill for another 4 minutes.
- Final Touch: Turn the skewers one last time, baste with the remaining sauce, and grill until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center, about 2 more minutes. The internal temperature should reach 165Β°F (74Β°C). Remove from the grill.
- Serve: Enjoy your Bang Bang Chicken Skewers hot off the grill, and garnish with extra sauce if desired!
