It's packed with leafy greens, creamy banana, and a burst of pineapple sweetness. Perfect for a quick breakfast or a mid-day energy boost!

- 1 cup spinach (fresh or frozen)

- 1 banana (frozen for creaminess)
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1/4 cup ice cubes (optional)
- Add spinach, kale, banana, pineapple, yogurt, chia seeds, and honey into a blender.
- Pour in the almond milk.
- Blend until smooth, adjusting consistency with more milk or ice if needed.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
