Instructions:
  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    • Ensure the cooked rice is cooled and preferably refrigerated for at least a few hours or overnight.
    • Chop the vegetables and protein (if using) into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cook the Eggs:
    • Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
