✨ **Ingredients:**
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp cornstarch or flour (optional, for thickening)
- Salt and pepper to taste

✨ **Instructions:**
1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and lemon juice until well combined.
2. In a saucepan, heat the broth over medium heat until it just begins to simmer.
3. If using, mix cornstarch or flour with a small amount of water to create a slurry and stir into the simmering broth.
4. Gradually whisk a small amount of hot broth into the egg-lemon mixture to temper it, then slowly whisk the mixture back into the saucepan.
5. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens slightly but does not boil. Season with salt and pepper.
