Bacon & Cabbage Skillet Stir-fry
Ingredients:
- 6 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1 small head of cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt & pepper to taste
- A pinch of chili flakes (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the bacon grease in the skillet.
- Add the onion to the skillet and sauté for 3 minutes until softened.
