This recipe combines veggie sausage patties, broccoli, and the rich flavor of Asiago cheese. Perfect for a hearty breakfast or brunch! Here’s how to make it:

- 8 eggs
- 2 cups broccoli, finely chopped
- ⅓ cup green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 MorningStar Farms® Veggie Sausage Patties, crumbled
- 1 tsp dried basil leaves (or dried Italian seasoning)
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- ¼ cup Asiago cheese (or Parmesan cheese), finely shredded
- ¼ cup tomato, chopped
- In a 10-inch oven-safe nonstick skillet coated with nonstick spray, cook and stir broccoli, onions, and garlic over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Remove from heat.
- Stir in the crumbled veggie sausage patties, basil, salt, and pepper into the vegetable mixture.
- Pour the beaten eggs over the top.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350°F (180°C) for 15 to 19 minutes or until set.
- Sprinkle with Asiago cheese and let it stand, covered, for 2 minutes.
- Finally, sprinkle with chopped tomatoes, cut into wedges, and serve!
