Allow me to present to you one of my all-time favorite dinner recipes: Baked Salmon with Lemon Herb Butter! It's nourishing and cozy! This dish is ideal for those evenings when you're craving something light yet savory.

- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each), skin-on
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- Lemon slices for garnish
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Season the fillets generously with salt and pepper.
