Hey everyone! 🦃 I made these baked turkey thighs, and they came out super juicy with crispy skin. Great for when you don’t need a whole turkey!

Ingredients:

  • 2 turkey thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon (optional, for squeezing)
Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the Thighs: Rub the turkey thighs with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake: Place the thighs on a baking sheet and bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. Serve: Let the thighs rest for a few minutes, then squeeze lemon juice over the top if desired.
These are simple but so flavorful—perfect for a smaller dinner!
