I made these baked turkey thighs, and they came out super juicy with crispy skin. Great for when you don’t need a whole turkey!

Ingredients:
- 2 turkey thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon (optional, for squeezing)
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the Thighs: Rub the turkey thighs with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Bake: Place the thighs on a baking sheet and bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve: Let the thighs rest for a few minutes, then squeeze lemon juice over the top if desired.
