  • 8 lamb chops (about 1 inch thick)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar 🍇
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped 🌿
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped

Instructions:​

  1. Prepare the Lamb Chops: Rub the lamb chops with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Let them sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  2. Cook the Lamb Chops: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the lamb chops and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they’re browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove from the skillet and let rest.
  3. Make the Balsamic Glaze: In the same skillet, add the balsamic vinegar, honey, and minced garlic. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently, until the glaze thickens slightly, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Finish the Glaze: Stir in the fresh rosemary and thyme, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
