Hey everyone! I wanted to share a recipe I’ve been loving lately—it’s a Berry Cheesecake Salad! Perfect for potlucks, BBQs, or just when you want something sweet and fruity without much effort. It’s super creamy, tangy, and bursting with fresh berries. Here’s how I make it:

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blackberries (optional but delicious)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional, but they add a fun twist!)

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined. It should be fluffy and light!
  3. Add your berries and marshmallows (if using) to the bowl. Gently toss until everything is coated in the creamy mixture.
  4. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour to let the flavors meld.
  5. Serve cold and enjoy!

It’s so simple but seriously tastes like dessert in a bowl. I think it’s a great way to use up fresh berries, though you can totally switch them out for what you have on hand. Let me know if you give it a try or have your own version of a fruit salad like this! 🍇🍓✨
