Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey
Directions:
  1. Start by putting the flaxseed meal into a blender and give it a quick grind to break it down.
  2. Add the banana, milk, frozen blueberries, plain yogurt, peanut butter, and honey into the blender.
  3. Blend everything together until it’s smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve right away.
Recipe Tips:
  • Grinding the flaxseed meal first helps reduce any bitterness.
  • If you don’t have flaxseed meal, you can swap it out for wheat germ.
