  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 ½ pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 ½ cups croutons, crushed
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, salt, and chili powder until smooth.
  3. Spread a small amount of the ketchup mixture into the bottom of the prepared loaf pan.
