- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing
- Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped green onions, chopped parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Roll the chicken mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the buffalo sauce. In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Stir in the hot sauce, honey, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is heated through and slightly thickened.
- Once the meatballs are cooked, transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the meatballs and toss until they are evenly coated.
