This dip is perfect for game day, parties, or just a flavorful snack. It’s easy to make and sure to be a hit with anyone who loves a bit of heat in their food. :):)

Ingredients:
  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed for consistency
Instructions:
  1. Blend Ingredients: In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, buffalo sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Blend until smooth.
  2. Adjust Consistency: If the hummus is too thick, add water a tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
  3. Season: Taste and add salt as needed. You can also add more buffalo sauce if you prefer extra heat.
  4. Serve: Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl. Drizzle with a bit of extra olive oil and buffalo sauce for garnish if desired. Serve with celery sticks, carrot sticks, or pita chips.
This buffalo hummus is a delightful and spicy variation of traditional hummus, perfect for those who enjoy bold flavors. It’s versatile and can be served as a dip, spread, or even a topping for sandwiches and wraps. Enjoy this easy-to-make recipe that brings a fiery kick to your snack time. Happy dipping!☺️☺️
