Ingredients:
Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup tahini
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed for consistency
- Blend Ingredients: In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, buffalo sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Blend until smooth.
- Adjust Consistency: If the hummus is too thick, add water a tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
- Season: Taste and add salt as needed. You can also add more buffalo sauce if you prefer extra heat.
- Serve: Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl. Drizzle with a bit of extra olive oil and buffalo sauce for garnish if desired. Serve with celery sticks, carrot sticks, or pita chips.
