- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons espresso powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In one bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients for the cake. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
