Here's how I made it:
Ingredients:
Steps:

Here's how I made it:
Ingredients:
- 1 9-inch pie crust, baked and cooled
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a big bowl, I beat the cream cheese and sugar together until it was super smooth.
- I added the eggs one at a time, making sure to mix well after each one.
- Next, I stirred in the sour cream and vanilla extract until everything was perfectly mixed.
- Then, I poured half of the cheesecake mixture into the baked pie crust.
- Drizzled half of the caramel sauce over the cheesecake mixture.
- Sprinkled half of the chopped pecans over the caramel sauce.
- I repeated the layers with the remaining cheesecake mixture, caramel sauce, and chopped pecans.
- I baked the pie in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes until the center was almost set.
- Once it was done, I took it out of the oven and let it cool completely.
- I popped it in the fridge for about 4 hours but overnight is even better before serving.
- Finally, I sliced it up and savored every bite of the creamy caramel-pecan goodness!
