  • 4 oz pineapple juice

Instructions:​

  1. Fill a Cocktail Shaker:
    • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Add Coconut Rum:
    • Pour 2 oz of coconut rum into the shaker.
  3. Add 151-Proof Rum:
    • Pour 2 oz of 151-proof rum into the shaker. Be cautious with 151-proof rum as it is high in alcohol content.
  4. Pour Pineapple Juice:
    • Pour 4 oz of pineapple juice into the shaker.
  5. Shake Well:
    • Secure the lid on the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to chill the mixture and mix the ingredients thoroughly.
  6. Strain and Serve:
    • Strain the cocktail into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.

I think Caribou Lou is a fun cocktail with rum, pineapple juice, and coconut liqueur, though some recipes also add grenadine for a sweet twist! 🍹🍍
