Carrot Fries Recipe

Got tired of normal fries? No worries, I got your back! Instead of potato, we'll use a carrots on this recipe that I found online and recently tried. And there's more on that! We'll bake them instead of frying, so that means they're healthier to eat😋 Don't worry, they will still be as crispy as normal fries as long as you follow my guide;)

Here's what you need to prepare:
2 carrots​
2 tablespoons olive oil​
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped​
1 teaspoon paprika​
1 teaspoon salt​
1 teaspoon pepper​
For the Greek Yoghurt Chive Dip:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt(285 g)​
1 tablespoon lemon juice​
2 tablespoons chives​
¼ teaspoon salt​
¼ teaspoon pepper​
Steps to follow:
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut carrots into fries and combine in a large bowl with olive oil, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Prepare dip while fries are baking. Combine all dip ingredients in a small bowl and set aside in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  5. Enjoy eating!
