I recently discovered a new, vitamin-packed salad. While I appreciate the nutritional value, I am not a fan of walnuts. They take too long to chew, and I dislike them. Could you suggest a substitute for the walnuts, or perhaps a different type of nut altogether?

Ingredients
- Salt 1/2 tsp.
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Mayonnaise 100g
- Walnuts 60g
- Carrots 2 pcs.

Here's how I cooked it:
Step 1 | Chop nuts
Step 2 | Grate one carrot with a coarse grater. Grate the second carrot and garlic on a fine grater. Add salt.
Step 3 | Add chopped nuts and mayonnaise to the carrots. Mix well.

Hello! If you're not a fan of walnuts, you might want to try substituting them with almonds or pecans in your carrot salad. They still provide that nutty crunch without the longer chew time. Also, if you prefer a different texture altogether, you could try adding seeds like sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds for a nutritious twist. Hope you find a substitution that suits your taste buds! 🥕🥗
