Chai Latte Recipe


- 2 cups water​
- 2 black tea bags​
- 1 cinnamon stick​
- 4-5 whole cloves​
- 4-5 whole cardamom pods​
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger (sliced)​
- 2 cups milk (any kind you prefer)​
- 2-3 tablespoons honey or sugar (to taste)​

1. In a small pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the tea bags, cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom pods, and ginger. Let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes.​
2. Add the milk and sweetener, then bring it back to a gentle simmer. Remove from heat and let it sit for a couple of minutes.​
3. Strain the mixture into your favorite mug and enjoy!​
