Ingredients
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a mix)
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning (optional)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix together the shredded cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Prepare Biscuit Dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit with your hands.
- Add Cheese Filling: Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
- Coat with Butter: Place the cheese-filled balls seam-side down in the prepared baking dish. Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake: Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
