Ingredients:
For the crust:
- 1 pound ground chicken (or turkey)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup sugar-free pizza sauce or marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Your favorite pizza toppings (e.g., pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, etc.)
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Crust Mixture: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape Crust: Transfer the chicken mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use your hands to flatten and shape the mixture into a round or rectangular crust, about 1/4 inch thick. Make sure the edges are slightly thicker to form a crust.
- Bake Crust: Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Assemble Pizza: Spread the sugar-free pizza sauce or marinara sauce evenly over the baked crust. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top, then add your favorite pizza toppings.
- Bake Again: Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve: Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot. Enjoy your delicious Chicken Crust Pizza!
