- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet or frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
