For the perfect Chicken Katsu, I think it's important to pound the chicken breasts thinly and evenly before breading and frying. Though, be careful not to overcook them to keep the meat tender and juicy!Did everyone have a lunch right now? I have too... and it's perfect savory and crispy tonkatsu
