Chicken wings (preferably with the wingtip removed)
  • Oil for frying
  • Marinade ingredients (like soy sauce, ginger-garlic paste, chili sauce, etc.)
  • Breading ingredients (flour, cornstarch, breadcrumbs, or panko crumbs)
  • Seasonings (salt, pepper, paprika, etc.)
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the chicken wings by removing the wingtip and forming them into lollipop shapes.
  2. Marinate the chicken wings in your preferred marinade for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavor.
  3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. In a bowl, mix the breading ingredients with your desired seasonings.
  5. Dredge each chicken lollipop in the breading mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  6. Carefully place the coated chicken lollipops into the hot oil and fry until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  7. Once cooked, remove the chicken lollipops from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy your crispy and flavorful chicken lollipops!
