CHICKEN PIZZA CRUST:​

  • 3/4 lb Shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup Grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 2 large Eggs

INSTRUCTIONS​

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (204 degrees Celsius). Prepare a pizza peel by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Combine shredded chicken, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and sea salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Lightly beat the eggs and then add them to the mixture. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Spread the chicken crust pizza "dough" thinly onto the parchment paper-lined pizza peel, aiming for about 1/4 inch thickness. Transfer the parchment paper with the dough onto a pizza stone.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the crust is firm and golden at the edges.
  6. Allow the crust to cool for 10 minutes to set.
  7. Apply sauce and toppings to the crust. Bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese melts. For a more browned cheese topping, broil for a couple of minutes if desired.
