These chicken potstickers have become a favorite in my kitchen! The crispy bottoms, tender filling, and burst of flavor in every bite make them irresistible. Plus, they’re surprisingly easy to make, which is always a win.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 pack of potsticker wrappers
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground chicken, garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
  2. Place about a teaspoon of the chicken mixture in the center of each potsticker wrapper.
  3. Fold the wrapper in half, pressing the edges together to seal.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Place the potstickers in the pan in a single layer, flat side down.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottoms are golden and crispy.
  6. Carefully add water to the pan, cover, and let the potstickers steam for about 5 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
  7. Remove the lid and cook for another minute to re-crisp the bottoms.
These potstickers are perfect as an appetizer or a main dish, especially with a dipping sauce on the side. They’re a great way to bring a little homemade comfort to your table. Enjoy! 🥟
