Chili Roasted Potatoes Recipe:


  • 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley for garnish.
