Made this chocolate raspberry tart for a dinner party and it was a total showstopper! Rich, chocolaty, and the raspberries add the perfect touch.

Chocolate Raspberry Tart Recipe
Ingredients:- 1 9-inch tart crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 1/4 cups dark chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pint fresh raspberries
- Powdered sugar for garnish
- Pre-bake the tart crust according to the package or recipe instructions, then let it cool.
- In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it just starts to simmer.
- Remove from heat and pour over the dark chocolate chips and butter in a bowl. Let it sit for a minute, then stir until smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and sugar if desired.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled tart crust and smooth it out.
- Arrange the fresh raspberries on top of the chocolate.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the chocolate is set.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
