- 1 12 ounce bottle dry hard cider or 1 1/2 cups apple cider
- 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
- 8 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded (2 cups)
- 8 ounces Gruyère cheese, shredded (2 cups)
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (2 cups)
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- Assorted Dippers
