- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 8 romaine lettuce leaves
- 16 slices vine-ripened tomatoes
- 16 slices crispy cooked bacon
- 16 ounces sliced roasted turkey
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 16 frill picks or plastic cocktail swords
- Potato chips
- Sweet pickles
Instructions:
- Toast the bread until golden brown.
- Cut the lettuce leaves in half and stack them neatly into 8 piles.
- To make each sandwich:
- Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
- Layer lettuce, tomato slices, bacon, and turkey evenly on 3 bread slices.
