Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces fat-free cream cheese, room temperature (1 brick)
  • 4 ounces light Cool Whip (½ tub)
  • 16 ounces sugar-free caramel sauce
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips (optional)
  • Apple slices for dipping

Instructions:

  1. Using a hand mixer, blend the cream cheese, Cool Whip, and caramel sauce together until everything is smooth and well combined.
  2. Stir in the white chocolate chips if you're using them.
