Procedure:
- Prepare the Dough:
- In a bowl, combine flour and salt. Gradually add water and mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough until smooth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Make the Filling:
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and beaten egg. Season with salt and pepper.
