Because there is crab meat in them, the flavour of seafood is present but not overbearing in crab rangoons. The flavour is dominated by the crunchy wonton wrapper and the cream cheese filling, with a hint of savoury flavour from the crab. Therefore, even if you don't like seafood, you could still like crab rangoons because of their crispy outside and creamy within.
