Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon honey or sugar (optional for a touch of sweetness)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds (for a bit of crunch)
- In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and water.
- Add the chopped green onions, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Mix well.
- If you like a hint of sweetness, stir in the honey or sugar until it’s dissolved.
- Sprinkle in the chili flakes for some heat, and top it off with toasted sesame seeds.
- Give everything a good stir, and it’s ready to serve!
