Dumpling Sauce Recipe

I’ve been perfecting my dumpling sauce recipe, and I think I’ve finally got it just right. Thought I’d share it with you all—let me know what you think, or if you have any tweaks to make it even better!
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon honey or sugar (optional for a touch of sweetness)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds (for a bit of crunch)
Instructions:
  1. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and water.
  2. Add the chopped green onions, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Mix well.
  3. If you like a hint of sweetness, stir in the honey or sugar until it’s dissolved.
  4. Sprinkle in the chili flakes for some heat, and top it off with toasted sesame seeds.
  5. Give everything a good stir, and it’s ready to serve!
