Banana pudding is one of those classic desserts that always hits the spot. It’s creamy, sweet, and has just the right amount of banana goodness. I made this easy banana pudding recipe the other day, and it was an instant hit.
Easy Banana Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 box of instant vanilla pudding mix (5 oz)
- 2 cups of cold milk
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 container of whipped topping (8 oz)
- 4 bananas, sliced
- 1 box of vanilla wafer cookies
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk until smooth.
2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
3. Fold in the whipped topping until everything is smooth and creamy.
4. In a serving dish, layer the vanilla wafers, sliced bananas, and pudding mixture. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of pudding on top.
5. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until the pudding is set and the flavors meld together.
