Chicken Alfredo is a classic that never disappoints. Using jar sauce makes it quick and easy, without sacrificing flavor!
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 jar of Alfredo sauce
- 1 lb fettuccine
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil and cook the chicken slices until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add minced garlic to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour the jar of Alfredo sauce into the pan and stir to combine. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
