- 1 lb (450g) green beans, trimmed
- 2 cups mixed vegetables of your choice (such as bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli), chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
