Have a really nice sweet treat!

- 500g strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 300ml double cream
- 4 tablespoons icing sugar
- 4 meringue nests, broken into pieces
- In a large bowl, lightly crush half of the strawberries with a fork.
- In another bowl, whip the double cream until it forms soft peaks, then fold in the icing sugar.
- Gently fold the crushed strawberries and half of the broken meringue into the whipped cream.
- Spoon the mixture into serving glasses or bowls.
- Top with the remaining strawberries and broken meringue pieces.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
