- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- 1 cup chopped mint leaves
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup pita bread, toasted and broken into pieces
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sumac
- Salt and pepper to taste
