  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup of shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Lime wedges, for serving
  • Optional toppings: salsa, sour cream, sliced jalapeños
  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the fish fillets, then sprinkle taco seasoning on both sides, rubbing it in gently to coat.
  3. Cook the fish fillets for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky. Remove from heat and let them rest for a few minutes.
  4. Warm the tortillas on the grill or in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
  5. Assemble your tacos by placing a portion of cooked fish on each tortilla, followed by shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, and avocado slices.
