- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped green onions and sesame seeds, for garnish
- In a large bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
